Purchases other than custom-made T-top boat covers may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Defective products may be returned for repair or replacement under the terms of their warranty. Please refer to the warranty section of the site for further information on how to file a warranty claim.
All returned products must receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number before they are shipped to Taylor Made Products. Products returned without an RGA number will be refused, and the product will be returned to sender.
To receive an RGA number, call 1-800-628-5188 or email email@example.com. All products returned to us MUST be accompanied by a proof of purchase. Warranty will not be honored without proper proof of purchase. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. It is advised to ship your items using a carrier that provides a tracking number, ex: UPS, FedEx, USPS).
Repaired or replacement products will be shipped back to the consumer freight prepaid.
Pricing is based on base patterns. Any changes required to the base pattern to accommodate customized additions that were not foretold prior to the manufacturing process will be subject to additional charges.
There is a charge for custom patterns where no base pattern exists, requiring the customer to complete a special dimension sheet (this does NOT include modified stocked patterns). Custom made covers are NOT returnable.
